Return policy
We hope that you love your purchase!
If, for any reason you have changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days. Please note the goods would be returned at your own cost, and your item(s) must be in the condition received and in the complete original box and/or packaging. Refunds will not be processed until the goods have been checked. We do not offer any refund if the goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
Faulty Returns
For items that have arrived damaged – they must be reported within 14 days via our customer services e-mail customerservices@johnadams.co.uk along with a photo of the damaged item. Once approved we can arrange for the goods to be either replaced or refunded.
For items that have a fault - Please contact us at customerservices@johnadams.co.uk stating “Returns request” in the subject line with the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Product Name
- Description of issue/fault
- Return Reason
- If possible, photo or video of fault
Once we have received your e-mail, we will respond within at least 2 working days with a solution to your issue. This may be a replacement part, advice, replacement full product or refund if deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
If the item needs to be returned to us, we will supply a free print at home postage label.
Please note: we only accept returns for items purchased directly from www.johnadams.co.uk. Please return all other items to the original place of purchase.
