John Adams Science Kits Get Recommended

We’re delighted to announce that our new science kits, which all support STEM and National Curriculum learning, have been approved by the Good Toy Guide.

Who else remembers the excitement and anticipation of doing science experiments at school? We bring that fun feeling to all our science sets and it’s even better as a parent knowing that there’s educational benefits with everything being backed up with National Curriculum learning.

Our brand new Ultimate Sparkle Science, Ultimate Gross Science and Secret Science have all achieved ‘Recommended’ status in The Good Toy Guide.  The newly awarded sets join the Hot Wires kit which has already been Recommended by The Good Toy Guide.

All four kits were put through The Good Toy Guide’s independent testing process, which assesses products on three different scales; Fun, Skills Development and Ease of Use.  All of the sets scored 4 out of 5 or higher in all scales – with Hot Wires securing top scores across the board!

The Good Toy Guide reviewers commented that “the step by step instructions (in Ultimate Gross Science) are clear and provide facts which help to develop children’s knowledge and understanding of what they are observing.” They also added that “Applying their learning to real-life scenarios is a great way to consolidate their knowledge of STEM subjects and complements the National Curriculum.” (Secret Science review).

Each kit includes carefully crafted practical experiments which link to a particular area of science.  Ultimate Sparkle Science has its roots in chemistry, Ultimate Gross Science focuses on the biological processes in the human body, Hot Wires has electronics at its core and Secret Science offers kids a whole new side of science such as breaking codes, optical illusions and cryptography.
